1. Contract in the US.
All of our candidates are signed with a contract in the U.S. They receive their payment in USD and have access to all the benefits that this country has to offer.

2. Payment and advice of the work Visa
Through all the process our candidates are guided with experts that helps them to get their TN Visa and the DT Visa for their families. In Active Alliance we walk by your side in every part of the process.
3. Refund of relocation expenses and Airplane ticket
We pay the airplane tickets for our candidates from Mexico to the U.S. Once the candidates arrives in the U.S. we give them a relocation bonus for the first day and after a year in the project we give them a refund of the relocation expenses of their families.
4. Housing
We pay for the accommodation of our candidates in a place they feel comfortable and happy. We provide not only a house, but a home!
5. Health insurance
We pay our candidates and their families Health Insurance to cover any health problems they can have while working in the U.S. Their safety and well-being is a must for us!

6. 401k Plan:
The "401k" is a retirement plan that allows our employees to invest and save for their own retirement. The candidates decide what percentage of their paycheck will go to this retirement plan and as a company sponsor we contribute to each employees 401k. Once the candidate wants to retire, he will have access to his 401k.
7. COVID-19 Vaccine
A benefit that our employees can have is the COVID-19 vaccine, since they are legal workers and live in the U.S. they hace access to it now, because the government just opened the vaccinations to people who are 16 and older. We are helping our candidates to get their appointments scheduled and driving them to get their vaccine. We care and protect our employees all the time!
